Noonday is a Fair-Trade, ethical lifestyle brand that works with highly skilled and talented Artisan groups in 15 underdeveloped countries around the world to empower them with dignified, living wage jobs. 71% of our 2,500+ Artisan Partners are women. We also have two education initiatives that enable K-12 girls in Uganda and Guatemala to attend school and bright young female scholars to attend university in East Africa. At Noonday, we believe in the dignity and power of work and education.
Across the developing world, millions of people work as Artisans, using traditional skills passed down for generations to create handcrafted products. But without access to a fair global market, they struggle to earn a sustainable income and support themselves and their families, making them vulnerable to trafficking. As a stylist, storyteller, and social entrepreneur I create a global marketplace here in the United States for our Artisan Partners giving others the opportunity to use their purchasing power for good.
