Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

5-6 Potatoes (whatever type you might like)

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

Red Pepper Flakes

1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Green Onions (Scallions) chopped

Preheat oven to 425. Cut 5-6 medium sized potatoes into wedges (trying to keep the size similar).  Toss in olive oil until all are covered.  Salt and pepper to taste and then sprinkle with Red Pepper flakes.  Put them onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed well with cooking spray.  Cook for 20 minutes stirring once 1/2 way through until potatoes are lightly browned and cooked through.  Place potatoes in large bowl and toss with Parmesan Cheese and green onions.
